54mm hub to damper bolt spacing - 172, 172 Cup and standard 182.
60mm - 182 Cup, 182 with cup suspension pack and Trophy
1*2s are great value - you can't go faster for the money!
Also, be careful not to shear the brake bleed nipples. Clean around the interface to the caliper, put some penetrating oil on there & leave to soak for a while, then crack off using a socket & rachet rather than ring spanner.
Regarding garages, Sean Edwards Renault Specialist is based in Solihull. He took care of my car when the clutch release bearing decided to crap itself and I couldn't fault the service.
You should negotiate £500 off the asking price for the way in which the advert has been written (my eyes!).
From the images at least, it appears to have been well cared for & history of cambelt changes (including who carried out the work) is very important, but the price is steep. Personally...
Have you modified the existing body or seat harnesses? If not, then surely it's just a case of refitting them properly during seat the installation?
As above, Cup seats do not have airbags
Welcome mate. Great variant choice! :)
172 and 182 Cup front shocks have different pitch between hub mounting holes. Make sure you obtain the 54mm spaced variants. Springs wise you can either go OEM, or if wish to lower the ride height, Cooksport or Eibach Sportline or Pro-kit are popular...
Sounds like a solid purchase if backed by documented history etc. £2500 probably top end of market value for age, condition, mileage & paint code as others have said, so I'd definitely try to haggle on price should you want to buy.
Renewing the engine mounts will improve gearshift if current ones are worn. I certainly noticed the difference after polybushing the dogbone mount! Regardless, the gear change on these Clios isn't renowned for being the slickest.
Steering rack bushes are a possibility, though be warned they...
Twisted dogbone wise you can either go down the Powerflex replacement bush kit (fitting guide available on here) or an OEM replacement - I decided on the Powerflex option in the end. Others to look out for are the upper engine mount (nearest RH suspension top mount) and lower gearbox mount which...
I have this one:

Great overall, although I've noticed the full width castor at the front can be susceptible to locking due to dust and dirt ingress.
Isn't the common practice to apply instant gasket to this plenum rather than replacing the gasket? I had the same issue and followed the advice in this thread;
