@MrBlonde My backup was copying you lol!!! Probably find I give in to it after its been driven a bit next summer @182_steve I haven't even driven the car yet since I got it because of the weather.
@182_steve Totally agree, a lot of money but I think necessary. I have the pillar badges on order as well. All badges were removed from this car when it was paint corrected.
New one on order :-)
Completely agree! Although this one wont be going out in the rain; just sunny Sunday's lol
Thanks pal.
The coilovers are unbranded so I am thinking brand new original shocks with cooksport springs for a better quality setup.
Had some spare time so managed to fit some original replacement wing mirror caps, the passenger side has a slight mark so if anyone has a mint one I would be interested.
Next I removed the wiper blank and fitted the original rear wiper motor and wiper, I really am not a fan of rear wiper...
I had a late one with work today but when I got home the car was waiting for me on the drive! I had asked the courier to drop it and post the key through the letterbox which he was happy to do. This is it being loaded before coming to me.
The seller told me he would throw in some spares and...
I am very well thanks pal! Well after I sold the Trophy I hunted high and low for a Petrol Blue 182. I tracked down 12 of the supposed 19 or so remaining and have a log of the reasons they didn't suit my needs so I gave up. Now winter is here I wanted a project so turned to this. Simple as that...
Thanks guys it’s sat on the drive at home now so just looking forward to getting home from work!!
Thanks mate, ahhh I didn’t pay asking so was within budget luckily :grimacing:
Hi Guys,
I have been on and off of here over the years and just can't seem to stay away. I originally had a Clio Trophy which I sold to Tony @ashtons99 because I needed extra money for a house move. Ever since I have missed it and been looking for over a year for a replacement car. Sadly I...
If its absolutly mint mint then worth trying at £4k otherwise if its not quite perfect then id go with £3.5k ask. Prices are all over the place but its hard to find ones that are in really good standard nick. Good luck with the sale bud.
Trevor said it could do with a front end and bonnet respray.
I have requested a few better quality pics to see and service history then am happy to purchase based upon these.
They are moving warehouse at the moment so I am just waiting for them; will keep you guys posted!
Thanks Brookie, have emailed a couple of times and was told the bodywork is good for age. Have asked for more specifics and awaiting response.
Just thought I would see if anyone knew anything about it as always good to get an opinion from someone other than the seller.
Cheers.
Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone has seen this car in person or if it belonged to someone on here recently?
