Yeah not ideal to be doing it in the dark lol. The most awkward bit I found was when refitting the lower inlet and trying to align the gasket and keeping it in the correct place. In the end I just used a few dabs of gasket sealant and stuck it to the head to hold it in to position.
Bought a Speck CandyShell for mine recently. Seems to protect the back and the sides of the phone pretty well and doesn't ruin the look of the phone like alot of cases do. Usually sell for around £25-£30 but I managed to get one off Ebay for £8.
Re: THE BIG CHESTER MEET 17th of march 2013!!!
Banana Bus* ;)
Looks like mine will be the only Ph-1 there like last year again, unless Mark brings his.
I just like to hang around there on the off chance the staff will feel sorry for me and give me free donuts ;)
Cheers for the compliments on the car mate, at least someone actually knows what colour the wheels are :D
Fitted this kit the other month. It's nice and easy to fit, the only issue I had was the belt supplied with the kit was a little short. Belt supplied is pk6 1300, I had to buy a pk6 1310. Apparently it's only been a recent issue this though and only with ph-1s.
Kit in general though is really...
Just ordered at set of these.
Quick question in regards to fitting though. When you're screwing them in to the hub, is it possible to over-tighten/screw them in to far in to the hub?
Think it's more about awareness of other drivers, moving over on someone who's in the middle of an overtake, as an example.
Pretty sure I've seen GreenLight offering trackday insurance from £45 per day.

I've pretty much done what you've done there.
On your picture, where the heatshield ends and where the brake lines are visable to the right hand side my ABS module/pump is there. Like I say I doubt the heat from the manifold would effect it from there but I'm not 100% convinced.
Just off Ebay via Demon Tweeks mate.

Plan was to remove the lot of it today, even the bits where it goes around the coolant header tank and powersteering reservoir. Anyway I removed the 1st half it around the manifold etc and replaced it with nimbus heat shield. Whilst removing the second half it I realised it's covering up the ABS...
Has the car had a new radiator in it's history do you know? If not you'll probably have the same issue yeah. Not sure where you could get a plug from tbh. Also check around the coolant pipes for white residue as it may be a coolant pipe that's leaking.
Reason I knew why mine was the radiator...
The one you've linked is what's currently fitted to my car, had no issues with it so far. Only thing was it doesn't come with a plastic stop plug (idea is to use the plug from your old radiator) and with my old knackered radiator being the older style radiator it didn't even have a hole in it...
