@Ant1
You could try this. Before waxoyl. Not used it myself but dinitrol products are good. Not cheap but worth a try.

It doesn't look to bad, I wouldn't have thought you'd be able to hole it. If you've removed the interior panel completely see if you can clean it up a little, pour in some kurust maybe Jack up the back of the car or go for a short drive. Let I'd dry for a few days then get some dinitrol waxoyl...
Had a look at my wife's tonight after finding mine were a little rotten.
Lou's ph1 and inside the sill.
Waxoyled. I'll be giving it some more this year!
I Bought a 197 cup in nimbus for a steal last October. Can't say I've driven it much apart from the journey home. Have a megane turbo conversion i'm putting together at the minute. Can't wait!
Any body have any ideas as to how much the I.d leather is worth in my 197?
It's in very good condition, just I fancy some recaro's. It also has leather door panels. Pics from the ad but I only drove it home and hasn't been used as of yet.
Cars are looking great as always.
Might be worth trying a hot air gun on the old console. @mossyv6
Apparently if you heat the plastic gently with a hot air gun it restores the grain in the plastic? I personally have never done it but a trimmer who used to be near me before I moved tried it and...
Just be careful what hose you use as brake fluid can bleed through, I'm not sure why but fuel line isn't suitable. It seems ok but doesn't last. Best thing to do is buy a couple of front brake hoses and cut the ends off.
Had the same issues but it was the black relays.
So was going to suggest it.
When I had the issue a new battery was suggested but Can't remember why? Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery? Long shot but worth a try!
The Aston would take around 60 hours to do the inner, outer sills and the rear radius arm area. On one side.
An outer arch to do it nicely takes about 6 hours. You have to take your time to weld it in. The sill could be done replaced in a day. So it just depends on hourly rates.
You could...
Can't wait to get my sprint spoiler fitted.
Thanks @mossyv6
Took a couple of pics in the dark but I think it's going to have to go nimbus.

I've been thinking the same,
Always had turbo cars until my ph1.
I'm not keen on the 225/r26.
So my plans have changed and bought myself a 197 cup last week, I also have the meg 225 engine and box, and a whole load of other bits including a ttv lightweight flywheel and r26r clutch.
So more...
