It's an ec1 so next step would be to check the many many cables coming from it :-(

I know it defo sounds like a dodgy connection but I dnt know if it's fed via the ecu or a sensor in the engine bay. and I spoze that is a possibility of him not having the light! It's just really annoying!!!

Sorry just looked at them as I thought the earth strap on the gearbox my have been loose! I can check the ohms Tommorow! But what I have noticed is if the light doesn't come on straight away it will come on if the is a pot hole or is sight movement on the engine mounts possibly! but I haven't...

To make it clear the refurb was on the gearbox

As the title my dash is constantly displaying the little green shifter sometimes it stays off for about 10 seconds but other times it comes on from start up. id like to know if anyone has had the same problem or where the feed is from so I can check the connection thanks

Im not to fussed about money I've gone far enough now I just want a nice setup that feels safe I'd say the vmaxx are too hard and dnt suit normal road use I want the feel of oem but with better handling if you know what I mean!

I have fitted a supercharger to my engine and while it was out I noticed the engine code said f4 just wondering if anyone could tell me if I have anything to worry about or if its the same as the f4r or if the phase 1 is ment to be an f4 block? any info would be great!

Oh and last little thing I've had my gearbox sent to agency transmissions to be refurbed as I didn't think there was much point in adding a load of bhp to an old jc5 box apparently he's going to mod the circlip to stop it from poping out!

I've also bought a supercharger kit which is in the process of fitting! Once that's done and I get my funds back up il get it fully re painted! And get hold of some better alloys as I think one or two of my are buckled!

Done a few bits n bobs to the car the last couple of weekends. i managed to get hold of some better condition panels so I fitted new wings doors and a phase 2 tailgate with phase 2 lights!

i will be getting red carbon in the weeks to come, il keep you in mind! my brother is after a trophy! will be buying one in September if anyone knows of anything
