The one thing I really wish they had done is alter the gravity on different worlds. It could have made for some much more interesting maps if say the moon had lower gravity and platforms required long jumps etc. Plus imagine enemies floating back as they died etc. I just feel it is something...
Picked up a mega drive a few weeks ago for the grand total of £12, with around 30 games.
Some classics, various football games. Desert strike, Jungle Strike, All the sonics, Street Fighter 2 (as soon as my mates saw this, there was a beer an street fighter 2 night)
Just need to pick up a SNES...
Going to be honest, it really makes no difference. Just need more practice. I was level 7 and top of the board against people who were above level 20+.
I just can't help but look at the way the bonnet opens an think, why? Seems utterly f**king pointless, plus looks like you could easy scratch paint onbthe wings. As well as it taking longer to open.
Rest of the car does nothing for me, think it's bloody ugly.
I'm going to be honest, first thing that is going to be tried on is a big burnout in the Monaro. Got to keep this car related after all...
I'm trying to decide between a 6 and the 6+. I had a big phone for years and coped fine with it. Now I am so used to my 5 I'm not sure if I will find it too...
Old nicely done VAG's cool.
I just don't get this modern s**t at all, same wheels, same stupid "stanced" look. To do it on a car like the Cooper S is just missing the point of the car surely?
F40's are just epic, and that garage even more so.
Guy who comes to the Pistonheads meets in Manchester, has a yellow F40. It's always filthy, which just makes it even better. Doesn't matter the weather for the most part it turns up.
Mine hasn't been in a case and is a launch day 5. Goes in my jeans with everything else. Got a couple marks but nothing major compared to most I have seen on ebay etc. Only iPhone I had issues with was my 3G where the plastic back cracked.
BF4, brilliant on the PC...s**t on consoles.
It honestly plays like a different game on the PC.
Think it's just down to the less casual, more strategic gamers that tend to be playing it on a PC.
There are maps online that give loot locations. Thing is people will sit and camp at decent weapon locations. Everyone mostly spawns around the same location within a couple towns so provided you read the town and look at the map you can meet up pretty quickly.
Zombies, they are easily avoided...
Why you really need a friend to help, they can heal you. One of the things that's put me off, I need people to play with really as on your own you just get picked off so easily. Mate bought it, then moaned he couldn't find food raged and quit lol.
To be fair though, he is also the only person I...
Tomb Raider,
Ryse (get it used for cheap, otherwise not that great and rather short too.)
Dead rising,
Titanfall, think COD only with mechs and just more fun in general.
Watchdogs is worth a try, took me a bit to get into it then I ended up just smashing it after I got into it. Also got an...
Just a normal fastback. I think it is a 69 going by the lights as well. Can tell you it had it's redline set at 7,000rpm though, which is pretty high for an old stang. Had some work done to it.
This turned up at the pistonheads meet on Monday. Only had my iPhone with me.
This also turned up, some seriously wide front and rears and some sweet dish.
Plus an AC Cobra.
You turned it off properly, pulled power etc? If not try it. Mine did something like that but a proper power cycle fixed it. Been fine since this was near launch.
Hybrid drives are only slightly faster than your old mechanical platter drives. They aren't like a proper SSD speed wise, they are as said. Slightly faster than a normal HDD.
I don't know why they didn't just incorporate this into the control pad update they released a while ago. It flashes when you turn it on, so it's not hard to get it to do the same when the battery is low.
Went along to the usual monthly meet in Manchester the other week. Something a bit different there this time. Wasn't just full of Ferrari's and Porsches. Which get's a bit boring.
De Tomaso Pantera
Lancia 037
Was a bit miserable so most of the decent cars didn't turn up. Still car park was...
Looking at both those new Stingrays on here you guys hired. I can understand why you say they don't feel all of their power. They are the base model, non performance pack version. Which means they get the annoyingly long gearing, the performance pack sorts that out. Makes them feel much more urgent.
Get a wiki open as well to help with crafting when starting out.
Needed even more so when you move to mod servers, where some of the items are crazy and can require machines to get the parts to build them.
Just get a basic shelter built day one to help you survive. And try and find sheep, get...
Dell is about the best is that size with the Iiyama and Asus following. Acer is more budget, Iiyama used to be very good when it came to monitors.
However, if you have only used a large monitor for a short space of time it will feel big. While once you get used to it anything smaller will feel...
