With power I guess the only way its possible to split colours is to have a split rim wheel. With normal spray paint you can use masking tape etc.

Yeah they get cooper greased so the power don't stick.
Its optional TBH the finish is the same if I lacquered them or not regarding the break dust. Just the glossiness that would change

Right, but my htpc can handle heavy streaming and has hdmi output, plus many other outputs like HD satellite cards etc.
I only use my htpc as a media center, which is what the op asked for.
