Actually doing my nut in Just turned windows 8 on and half my apps are missing and stuff isn't loading properly? If I search for them there there but there not on all apps and I can't access the desktop etc. Something's obviously gone tits up as it worked 30 mins ago!

Does anybody know how to share an itunes library with a windows machine that was created on a mac and stored on an external HD formatted to EXFAT. i want to be able to add media to either library and it copy it to the main folder on the external HD. I also want to be able to sync iphones/ipads...

Fixed. Installed into a diff external drive and all is now working!

I've just tried installing a recovery to another external drive and that too says 121 hours?! So aurely this means it isn't the drive?
