Its already so much better without the stripes, why not pick up some turini's for it? iirc, same offset as the Clio's? They look great on them (as they do on everything!)
You cut me deep Colshe, real deep.
Hopefully in the next 18 months it'll happen if the previous gen (2011) RS3's drop to around 20k it'll happen. I just love the booze and women too much, i could have bought one outright with the partying i've done in the last two years. :tired:
If its a clio, it'll more than likely be the window regulator needing changed - the plastic clip snaps off the wire and renders it fucked, in technical terms. £25 for a re-con unit.
Unsure about non F4R engines, but if it drives the water pump (which it does on the F4R) you could potentially cause it to overheat?
Dependant on how far its been driven of course!
Just realised it was yourself that posted this...! You've been awful quiet mate, was it a 197 you had before?
Tbf, you could run that for 18 months and still get 4.5k...
The F4R is already highly strung as it stands.
It'll cost you 4.5/5k to add forced induction in the form of a super/turbo charger.
It'll also compromise reliability, and cost more than you will imagine. Buy a fast car or learn to live with the fact that when standard and driven at 10/10ths...
Ford at Linwood had a white one on a 59 plate with delivery mileage and zero warranty for 25k 18 months ago lol. Boy said the phone was melting for it..
