Front ARB - How on earth!

Oh, I thought it was the outers you were having problems with. Yeah, the inners are fiddly f*****s. Lever bar to as close as you can, then mole grips on the brackets is how I did the last set. Vowed to never again though. Lol. Much easier if you can get the car higher too.

    Stiffen up the rear!

Coilovers are the next step if you want less roll. Buy decent ones too, not Raceland or similar. Roll isn't always a bad thing though.

    What torque for suspension parts?

Yep, the bigger ones like struts to hub, i wang up with the gun, then check with a breaker bar. Don't want those coming loose, lol Everything else, i do with a 1/2" ratchet.
  16. Budgie

    What torque for suspension parts?

Tight enough so they won't come undone. But not too tight that you'll regret it when you come to take them off next time

    Titanium V6 255 £24,995

Lol at performance. No quicker than 1*2. T350 for me at that kind of budget. Beats a Clio in every sense. You're just biased,

    Removing Upper Inlet

Black one is between the upper and lower inlet. Then there's an orange one between the upper inlet and the cam cover breather.
  19. Budgie

    Does this price sound ok?

Sounds fair to me. I'd normally budget £80-120 per panel for paint, so seems reasonable.
  20. Budgie

    Change inner tie rods?

Nip them up. Then 1/4 turn. No need to be super tight, but you don't want them coming loose. Lol
  21. Budgie

    Removing Upper Inlet

Nah, don't bother. I've never replaced one and reckon I've taken an upper inlet off 200 times.
