At the end of the day, why own a car to please other people? f**k that. If i listened to the majority of people i know i'd have never bought my vtr, 172, mx5 or bmw. Yet i've enjoyed owning all of them! (172 less than all of them probably though tbf).
If he wants to mod it, he can mod it...
Looks smart, i hate gold paint but it doesn't look too bad with it :) Don't worry regards the levers. I've got chinese CNC levers and they've been fine.
I actually had an aftermarket OE pattern item on my Ducati and that had a fault in the casting... Unfortunately we didn't spot it and the...
I don't want to hate it... I just can't help but dislike it. It's nice to see Toyota trying to do something other than boring family cars for people who are basically waiting to die - but looks wise in standard form it's just not working imo and it seems a lot of people agree.
I really wished...
The GTR is nice... I imagine they're a hoot to to drive but they never properly tickle me looks wise. Not that i dislike them just can't quite cream myself over them like a lot of people. Like i say though, i imagine they're epic drivers cars.
Got to agree with Daniel about the Toyota too...
Yea, that's what a lot of people first think! But no... Full fat as i say refers to a 182 non cup which has both Cup packs fitted :) Basically it means it's got everything - leather and climate control, cup suspension with anthracite wheels and the cup spoiler and splitter!
Just so you know, there's no such thing as a full fat 172. Full fat refers to a 182 with leather and having both cup packs.
Nice though, Flamers are awesome - i am biased, mind.
You say that, my Dad has built many mk1 Escorts but the one he went the most 'all out' on was a Modena Green mk1 rs2000. Built much like this escort rst - took him 5 years to build with every single piece looking better than when it came out the factory. In the end he sold it as he didn't want...
I get what you're saying but by the time you've added up body modifcations, paint, suspension and wheels you've spent a fair whack already. I know we all plough too much money into cars realistically when it comes to modifying but you get what i mean.
You don't just buy a standard one and be...
Not dated?! In standard form they look shocking!
Granted, with a nice kit and wheels they can look awesome. But they NEED some alterations imo. A standard one just looks awful.
Bet that was fun in the snow lol... Driving home in my 330ci was a bit sketchy last night. Kept looking at the snow outside "hmm, that's heavy... i'll just give it half hour"
Half hour later i was like "s**t" lol.
Some very nice cars there... Nice to see there's a lot of people working there who actually have passion for cars outside work!
Scooby looks awesome as ever, really liking it :)
Tbf, the FD RX7's and mk1 MX5's were absolutely bang on style wise imo. Mazda did a cracking job with them... Both get better looking the older they get, i reckon.
Yea, because he really meant it about 'Clios'... He was clearly talking about cars like that in the video, ie. race spec with full cage etc.
Nasty accident that, not a whole lot he could have done to avoid it!
About the same line as i said when i saw the pic on FB lol. It looks smart Ad. Big fan of Lotus', i need to own one, one day!
I'll keep an ear out for you, always managed to hear the Mini before i saw it lol.
Re: Inside Koenigsegg - Carbon Fibre
That sentence kinda confused me... Dunno if it's just the way you've typed it lol. But i just found too many faults with Streamlines: weak points, bubbles, poor shape/fit etc. (obviously it's never going to be an OEM fit of course). I'm not trying to give...
Re: Inside Koenigsegg - Carbon Fibre
I wouldn't really call Streamlines proper stuff if i'm honest... Had a few parts off them for mine and my ex's cars and was never properly impressed with them. I will agree that it's a fine art though.
