As above, or get a mate to sit in the drivers seat and hold the steering wheel and they usually turn up 99% of the time tbh, worked well for me anyhow

I'll be honest, I thought the Trophy must of been a garage/track project or perhaps a car you had years ago and kept the same thread for the V6, not it was your courtesy car ! Things like this are always a learning curve I guess, but hopefully after BTM it won't need anything ! I would love to...

I hear what your saying but honestly chasing performance on these cars is a complete waste of money IMO

Hose joiner is a 5 second job.. cheaper than buying filters/catch cans/additional hoses IMO Just all seems a bit pikey and trying to save pennys when another £40 or so could get you a samco that would save all the hassle over an oil breather pipe problem

That doesn't sound bad at all tbh.. I have had my Clio little under 5-6 months and must of spent near on a couple of grand my now... I thought when I saw someone right this about there Clio they were joking but I can believe it now... and ive done all of it myself bar the cambelt change work...

For the hassle.. just buy a proper hose, or buy a hose joiner where you drill a hole in the hose itself and insert the nipple and use a nut to secure it on the inside

My rear washer pipe was crushed under the spoiler, when you used the rear, the front would squirt, I assumed as the rear was blocked. Renewed it and works now... However using the front washers or rear... THEY ALL SQUIRT REGARDLESS

My old horn used to sound like a dying walrus I replaced it but the connection was also bad and caused intermittency so renewed that and its been peach ever since

So she made it worse by cleaning scratches into it, reversed into things and broke the bumper, refers to it as "that f**king car" when you want to work on it.. She is trying to trick you into getting of it IMO and buying a sensible people carrier or diesel estate of some kind Does she drive...

Thanks Dan, however that would have to be a last resort I think, would end up setting me back £100 with fuel etc on top of the config :( Will have to explore further tomorrow and check some obvious bits then probably accept it needs a new module or something lol

Since I've had it, but the seats had been swapped around a few times when I fished the history.. Today swapped my Phase 1 RS Seats onto Phase 2 DCi bases (without airbags and easily access to the rear seats with the higher lift forward handle), now matchs the Cup wiring (non airbag), wired up...

I better get searching for someone local then! Having a nightmare with my airbag light, spent the day sorting things and its still bloody on, meh!

If someone has an RS tuner with airbag module, can they read another persons car for faults or would it need to be unlocked to that particular car?
