I have done worse on Corsa springs... my first car actually... I fitted some nova SR springs after cutting them in half, and with them being pigtailed like they are (and Clio's) I ended up loosing one round a bend...
Ahh the days of not caring about anything as long as its different lol...
Wheels aren't going anywhere, need to be back on my 5... (prepainted)
:D Ha, I know what you mean, usually I see white ones with black painted trims/wheels/roofs etc and stickers, I like to keep things OE+
No love for that aerial! :D
I'm on the case for a decent...
I've looked... And original aerials are fetching good money just for the bases! :S
May have to hunt a few breakers locally for a good second hand one and a C2 stubby
Thanks :D
Thanks lad
The Williams as mentioned were only mean't to be a temp measure but my Turini's all need tyres and a good load of prep and painting first.
I have a skoda splitter and some bumper grill stickers ;) however these are for the new bumper (this one is no good) but I agree with you on...
Thanks lad
Your Monaco.. back in 2009 I wanted one and I saved some photos of yours you have now! Looks the same but still awesome. Don't paint those Turini's! What did you do with the old badge?
I prefer the previous badges but always have liked that style.
As for the other Monaco, those Williams stickers need to go... If someone asked you "Is that a Williams" what would you say?!
When you say it doesn't start, nothing happens? Or does it turn over?
If you turn the key and nothing happens at all but you have power, sounds like the starting motor spade connection, I've just re-done mine as it was unreliable..
Cracking weather today in Plymouth
Fitted:
Final alacantra door card
Temporary open cone filter
Phase 1 look gearknob as the leather one crumbled :S
The Renault Sport bullet
An unpainted RS Grill
Spent the rest of my morning doing the following:
Removed side skirt decals
Checked...
LOL at the dash.. I want to keep mine more civilised.. have a polyed dog bone but since a strong new clutch the mounts feel floppy, worse when you give it some and put the clutch in at higher revs
May end up going OE replacement
Thanks dude,
I was in two minds myself but felt the back end needed an exhaust tip on show, without the 182 surround, I wouldn't of done it though!
Should of been an option from the factory IMO, but wouldn't of made them look as special in white if they did
Cheers
Thanks pal...
Now the weathers improving after the South West storms we've had lately, the rear screen was finally warm and dry enough to fit my CS interior sticker
Cleaned up the wheels
Deciding I wanted to change the exhaust, and opted for a K-Tec recessed exhaust system..
Hit pot luck when...
I did mine myself... Wish I hadn't, but it's always nice when it comes out the other side
£350 is a good price as the clutch kit alone is around £100 plus the gear oil, plug washer etc, time, and any fiddly bits!
