Re: iPhone 5 this October??
My comment was more based around the extremely restrictive QoS that TM currently use and if it will be removed completely when LTE becomes available, I highly doubt this.
Recent rumours are removal of optical drive, SSD or hybrid, battery tech from the new iPad, thinner, retina displays and obviously the internals upgraded.
Further out there rumours are removal of the trackpad and making the whole of the wrist rest (is that what its called) the trackpad. I have...
I don't understand this whole M badge on something that isn't an M car. People who don't know what an M badge won't notice it, people who do know what one is will call you an idiot.
Anyway, swap the wheels as they look terrible and paint the back the right colour and it will be a nice looking car.
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
It's down to Ofcom to stop being dicks with the sale of the spectrum so until then there's no point even thinking about 4G. EverythingEverywhere are trialling it in Bristol and Cornwall at the moment on one of the 3G bands which you have to be authorised to go on to...
I was hoping it would basically be most of the current production cars plus a few older and race cars :( still plenty to go but I'm not holding my breath.
The trackpad is perfection, there really is no other word for it. It includes gestures that work perfectly and are absolutely invaluable once you use them and is the exact level of friction for what it needs to do.
With a windows laptop Microsoft design the OS and the hardware and other pieces...
As a laptop OS it destroys Windows everywhere. The trackpad alone is worth any extra money over an equivalent Windows laptop. On top of that you have the exceptional build quality (my MB is 4 years old and still feels as tight as day one, can't say that about a plastic Dell/HP/Acer), I can still...

Loads of co-op maps on there, some of them are insanely hard. To play them you just need to create or join a co-op game and then do a map change to play.
I haven't loaded CS in about a year. We spend more time playing GTA and Portal 2 at the moment. Give me a shout when you wanna play and I'll grace you with my presence if I'm free :) I am super s**t now though, not the professional gamer I was back in the day :o
Ha, I was in Sb (must be later than yourself)! Still playing games most days with Sn (mke) and talk to eoj (may again have been later) regularly. Haven't spoken to Jon in a while though.
I own an iPhone, Android phone and a BlackBerry. The iPhone is the most polished experience across any of the handsets currently out. It's the best made, the easiest to use and has the best support. The Android phones are more customisable and of course more open but that leads to issues of it's...
Your average customer doesn't want to spend £35 a month to get the full choice, your looking more at the £15-£20 range which is gonna have around 10 android phones, 1 WP7 and 2 BlackBerrys. The salesman will naturally sell the Android devices due to the lack of confidence in customers using WP7...
Don't just presume Android is more popular because people want it, go into a phone shop and count the number of non-android devices available on contract. People are forced in to going on to Android due to cost and lack of choice, not because they went out to specifically buy an Android phone.
Not exactly a looker is it. At least they have stopped copying Apple for its top end devices. Still plastic which is a shame and still using the wrong screen. I'll reserve full judgement until I use one in a few weeks but it seems like it could have an iPhone 4S feel about the launch. Nice...
