I got back in the 197 a couple of weeks ago but was busy erm, enjoying it again after being in the dadmobile for 2 months haha. So today I gave it its 1st wash since FCS and went out with my new camera lens and got some snaps: Hope you like them ;)

yep the anthracite wheels and red calipers are the cup pack, it would have stickers aswell if it was an R27

yup, I heard off of a tuner that the 197 is very similar to the 182 up to about 5k, then the power goes up obviously lol. also heard that most RRs are giving figures close to/slightly over what renault claim for the 197 :D Like you said, it sings above 6k

Saw these 2 whilst out in the truck. sorry I cant remember the reg's but the 172 was at aboot 9.30 and the 197 was aboot 1.15ish. anyone on here?

yep... I have 1 and its my 1st SLR, its relatively easy to use and takes some great shots. Lots of functions to play with (I'm still learning new things everytime lol) and at the price is a bit of a bargain.

actually man if you're in Manchester you can come and I'll take you out in the 197, let you have a decent run in it roudn some B roads to see what Im talking about ;) If you're insured I might even consider letting you take it for a quick spin, maybe lol.
