I would say to try and search through both here and google as ITBs are often 'discussed' on here, I would also recommend speaking to Andy at Yozza as Ali said and Sideways Danny from GDi, they are both guys I have spoken to before/been to before and provide sound advice without pushing for a sale ;)

aye all 197s after oct '07 have the revised gearbox and the short throw gearbox and clutch on the 197 is a dream compared to the mk2 clio's ;)

contract customer service sucks at O2, but the pay&go customer service has won awards for being the best in the UK, go figure. Im with O2 and never upgrading lol, staff tariff is ace and the customer service team for staff is awesome!
