I've got rFactor and a G27, but nowhere to set the G27 up properly yet. The edge of the coffee table doesnt work so well.

Pretty much - it's been stood for a while. Although only done 20k miles in the car it was pulled out of. Getting stripped, cleaned, new everything and rebuilt.

Fed up of being a sitting duck down the straights, so I've bought an old block (for £30) to convert to 1mm oversize, the max allowed in the regs. Updates to follow over the next week or so.

A speedo is a dangerous tool to have on track - so I don't have one, but based on the rpm, probably around a ton. I think the arrival at Maggotts/Becketts is quicker.

Not do-able. With a better turning car and a grippier track it probably would be.

The organisers insurance would cover the damage to the marshals car. But I'm wondering what the marshals have done wrong enough to be labelled 'stupid'.

Clutch isn't an assist. It's an on-off button on a pad. If I was using a wheel I'd use the clutch pedal, like I do on PC.
