i tried it yesterday, but still got the rear set up 'wonky' and they both still sit about the same at the rear... but it'll do!
thanks for the comments peoples :D
It's to go on my 182 and I have 195 45 15's on the front already but want to stop some scrubbing on my rear arches! (tyres are worn anyways and have 195/50/15 at the minute)
I would go lower but the stance gives me rubbage on the rear (oo er ;) ) got some camber shims on order as they are only cheap but may just settle for smaller profile tyres as there are nearly fubar'd on the rear! Lol
WOW!! thankyou! was not expecting comments like these...i will take my flame suit off now :P
you gonna laugh but its actually electrical tape! lol this was just a tester until i respray the grille satin black again and paint the flag properly :D
(i cant take all the credit for this - got the...
sorry about the lack of pics....

dried using uber blue drying towel
used an auto glym clay bar kit
washed again

had my old wheels sat in the garage but as were 15's it needed major lows to pull them off!
so ordered some v-maxx coilovers (not doing trackdays) and fitted them 3 days later :)
now it looked awesome but i like to be different and (without any offence) most black golds with cup packs...
well it sat level before hand when it was on eibach prolines so only assume its the new suspension setup.
Bongy - i could try swapping these over next week when im back at work but till then i'd like to try and solve it on the car lol :P
'delta mics' spacer bolts breaking!
i found this on my valver too but it didnt occur to me till i tried to fit 2 sets of 15mm spacers to my 182 and hearing horror stories of the bolts breaking.
when fitting the spacer i found it wasnt sitting flush with the disc face!! therefore when...
Yeah uneven ground is a git, but I parked it in the workshop where I work which is level and even though I have it adjusted alot still sat slightly lower that side :/
I'm looking into buying a da polisher, not got alot in the way of money so been looking at the 'kestrel' ones on i4detailing. Which would you all recommend?
I've seen kits for soft-medium paint and kits for medium-hard? Whats best for a black gold?
Thanks
I checked my wheel alignment using 4 wheel digital alignment at work (snap-on Bluetooth measurement heads) before fitting these and everything was within specs.
As the rear is unadjustable the camber should be fine I would have thought? The camber looks spot on by eye and the same as the other...
I will measure how many threads I have tomoro and get back to you.
It's probably not ideal but I have been measuring the gap between tyre and arch (wheels sit out further than standard)
Both tyres are the same (Toyo t1-r) and both worn the same. I can get two fingers between n/s but o/s I can't!
I've bought some v maxx coilovers and fitted them the other day! (fitted correctly)
I have had to adjust the o/s/r about 3/4 of an inch higher than the n/s/r (which is quite abit) and it still sits a few mm lower :S
Anyone else suffered this?
