Only way to fix it without fitting a new sill will be to drill holes in it then screw a slide hammer into the holes and pull them out that way, no access can be made to the sills from either end.
Prob better to just live with it for now but get the cracked paint sorted else youll get the dreaded...
Make sure the windows clean,
Know where you want it,
Peel the backing paper off and apply to window,
Carefully remove the application paper ensuring all the bits stick to the window.

Personally having had one of the fastest 16vs in the club and currently owning a Cup and a Williams 2 i can say that the older models are more involving to drive, the Cup is a little sedate for my liking although there are benifits to driving a brand new car with warranty.

My red one did this when i brought it but i cant remember what i did to fix it, think mine just needed adjusting and wasnt siezed.
Two new wishbones should solve it.
