from what i have made out it has more power output, non tuner list, and i think the display and the remote have a different wire config!
If you what better sound then new HU, yet the cabasse is a good radio! upgrading the front speaker with make it sound a bit better if you get good speakers!
Ok just about to buy

Its a 182 standard radio (05 plate) but it does not say turner list on it! but i think it well still work, here are a few pictures of the radio and the back connectors!
Well its 100% definitely...
i am after the same but for my 182,
u need to make sure that the radio has a cd changer opinion, and to make sure it has the connection on the back of the radio! (it also has to say turner list on the front of it!)
Best place if you want a cheaper opinion Ebay! if not there are a few opinions...
I have found an update for the Road Angel 2, I had a problem with mine, and i found an update with extra stuff!

Very happy :D thanks for all the advice!!!
i have connected the aerial up and place it in the little window at the bottom of the windscreen but no signal!
move it outside the car and bang top signal!
ok i have found i really good place to mount my GPS aerial for my road angel, but i would like to get the cable through the bulk head. Is there is any EASY way of doing this?
Does not matter what side the cable come through but i would prefer it the drivers side!!!

check the expert menu!
if it is the standard headunit you can go to the expert menu and switch the mw, lw on and off!!!
You need to hold down the button (well inclue picture in a min need to go take a photo!!!!)
When in the menu you can switch it back on
if you had a sony headunit you would need this
http://thebassbin.co.uk/shop/product/products_id/515.html
ETC ETC
Someone elsa maybe able to get you more info, but you can change the headunit and have the display and steering wheel controls still working!!!
you need to get a unit to make the display and steering wheel control working, there about £40 each i think.
Just looking for the link (u have to have a headunit to support the converter units)
