Trying to fit omp wheel with oreca boss. But the boss doesn't seem to be sitting in properly. Where the horn wires and air bag wire comes up on the bit of plastic. The boss is hitting this plastic bit before its sitting tight. Ktec say I have the right boss. I'm sure this shouldn't happen as...

I run 195/50/15. And mine is pretty arch hugging and I don't get any scrapage. If your only dropping it a touch from standard I can't see any problems

It does it when first pulling away. And then when I'm braking and I hit a bump in the road. Get no noise any other time

I think both of ours is when pulling away. And mine definitely sounds like its coming from the front of the car.

Interested in this. Mine does this too. But seems to only do it if I Brake a hit a bump in the road. And also does it when I first pull away when first getting in the car

Then £450 to have old box off and rebuilt box fitted along with new clutch

The diff on mine went. I got another box and had it rebuilt. More cost effective I believe. Rebuild cost me £250 all in!
