rolling starts always seem to be pretty close with all of these type of cars. if you take them from a standing start you see more of a difference. seems like once you're in front you will be staying there.

i had a vts previously. the clio is a better car imo. just feels better built. i find i havent got to drive it as hard as the saxo to get the power out of it either, handling took a little bit of getting used to but it rides better. and i find i get better mpg than i did from the vts..

go for sealed with the dynamat and you cant go wrong. if you have ports punchy bass will be naff but if you dont it will still deal with the other stuff ok. trial and error experience in my saxo a few years ago as im into a bit of all music aswell.

got someone working on something like this with me but were stuck on what to use.. fibreglass or maybe c/f if i can get my hands on some. should be lighter than mdf........ also try lining the box with dynamat for a better sound to stop vibration
