Bit of an update. Managed to pick up a 172 rear bumper in cup blue today. Just need to save to get it sprayed by 'Spray Shack'. Can't wait to getting it fitted!

You've made the right choice going with coilovers instead of springs. You'd of bought springs, kept them for a year max, then decided to get coilovers because its not low enough. Here's littlegh's clio on 40mm sportlines next to mine on coilovers.

The front RS seats will definitively fit, they are a straight swap. However I'm not to sure how the rear seats are in comparison to the 3door.

Bought the same coilovers but for the non-sport, great communication and I was able to haggle with them a little as I said I was a member on here :)
