they wont be able to see much anyway due to the thick cloud of diesel dust surrounding our bit, i disconeccted my MAF sensor too and it is pouring out like a old bus
its not bad when they have the 3 for 2 on,
yeah they are not that noticeable due to the colour but if you look closely which i do, i notice them, every one thinks we are daft by constantly looking after the body work and keeping it mint,
cheers for the advice i'll give it a try at the...
yeah I've got a decent collection of megs applicator pads, my brother seems to bring some home every time he goes out, and got plenty of quick detailer, yeah ill have a little test if you dont mind,
going to try and get the minor swirls out before i go like, as i dont want them sealing in...
Welcome
there is a few sports breaking at the moment in the for sale section, you will need to be a paid member if you want to browse through though,
its only £12 for the year and its a great forum for info and banter
haha yeah i bet thats quite fun to see there faces,
when i took mine in i asked the bloke from the service desk to come out and check for any marks on the car before i check it in, and he came out and as my brothers was next to mine the bloke asked if it was a competition to see who can get...

take a look at my thread mate,
me and my brother both have diesel ones and they are brilliant on fuel and quicker than Twingo RS 133 and Skoda Fabia VRS's after a little tweaking
yeah ive just started protecting it and building up a coating, as i got the car just before the snow and before that it was a renault rep car so it was abit neglected, but it is getting back to near mint.
took it to the dealers the other day for a bit of warranty work and i had to tell them not...
i suppose you cant call it pov spec with nav, but i would of gone for a gloss black or maybe got a second set and sprayed them antracite which i have in my GT and it looks great its not in your face and it doesn't look like a boggo model, just ties in nicely,
what colour is your mini ? cause...
thats a nightmare having them out side your house, the biggest problem where i am is seagulls, im suprised some of the s***s they drop dont dent the car
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
yeah maybe its not due to having wifi versions and also the use they get in comparison to the phone,
but it wouldn't of took much to put it on as they managed to put dictation on it (which i have never used), but if they did put it on im sure it would of sold more...
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
didn't think of that use, that makes it so much easier and safer, i would of probably come across it if i had a 4S,
but i couldn't justify getting it as i dont use the 4 to its full potential, and i could live without siri
i had to clay mine twice in a week, parked at a McDonalds the day after i clayed it, and didn't realise the trees where literally raining sap, it was a mess and the only thing that would shift it was clay and quick deatailer
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
i know a few people that have said that, but they really never used their phone for anything that would really open it up and use it for full potential for graphics and processing,
they even found siri to be a bit of a gimmick and most of the time they googled...
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
im sure i read somewhere that the A4 chip couldn't handle siri, but it has successfully been ported through jailbreak so it it must be able to handle it, i believe siri was the POS for the 4S,
as the general public dont appreciate the technology that has been...
ill have to meet use there, im getting new rubber fitted at 9 on saturday, hope the weather is decent, might get the rain out of its system ready for the weekend
EDIT: didn't realise 3rd was sunday
ah well they are quite heavy skodas arent they ? i am keen to find out what it has actually got, i unplugged the maf and that has opened the rev band out even more but the diesel dust clouds are hilarious
My mate has just picked one of these up, Same colour. they are a great little car, I know of another lad who has spent close to 12k supercharging and various other mods to get around 190bhp which I cannot justify, but I believe the supercharger kits are around £2k, if you are on ssoc you might...
I think that would be better as it irritates me on the iPad aswell, as the wire always droops over the screen, and besides it better than Blackberrys where you have to have the phone half out of the pouch/case to have headphones plugged in
Haven't done any rolling tests yet so not sure, but I disconnected the MAF sensor on the GT yesterday and it has seemed to pull harder for more of the rev range, btw the GT is diesel and mapped so it does very well to pull away/keep up, I estimate around 130bhp and 200lb/ft as it wiped the floor...
