I can understand some of that being done as something to do yourself over the weekend, but there is no way in gods earth i would be paying for all that to be done on what is, in effect, a 3-4 grand golf gti!!!
Just to counter Mark's opinion, purely as he hasnt actually driven any "proper" M BMW's, so doesnt know what a very good RWD is supposed to drive like :ROFLMAO:
1. The M135i's rear end, on supersports, is twitchy as f*ck in the wet. It needs an LSD before any more power. Its more than ok on...
Yeah we all had them when JMS were trading, a mixture of futuras (for fatties) and experts (for beanpoles). Good seats, cost feck all direct from poland or wherever they were made, no idea how they fair price wise now though tbf.
Yeah theyre the ones, i got the silver ones off m3cutters, think they may be a little cheaper on there? Rears only gives the same as lci looks wise, so i just went with them.
Id probs just bin off the lockers altogether, pretty sure the e90 key is the same for all cars, so the oem ones are a...
Mine wasnt a clio, but the point was that if you really want a super low mileage, one owner 182, you kinda have to pay what you have to pay, the rarity adds a huge premium (y)
But no, i didnt pay 35 grand for the bmw lol
Coming as someone who bought a 2008 car with 14k miles on it fairly recently. If they find a buyer like me, the price and/or small body imperfections wont matter a jot, they can be sorted. The low owner/mileage/feeling of basically buying a “new” version of that car 15 years later is simply...
For track, personally id go for a 1*2, at the end of the day, a track day is about fun and the 1*2 is by far the most adjustable chassis of the cars mentioned.
The 197/200 will be quicker sure, but there is a reason why so many people chuck in an R26 engine, the standard lump simply cant test...
Thanks @gally ... Sarah's 40+3 weeks now, so due any day!! Unfortunately, Covid19 will stop me actually seeing the baby once its born for 48-36 hours (i get an hour after birth 🙁), but it is what it is, and naturally, its affecting some in far worse ways than that. Hopefully our minime will have...
Absolutely fantastic wheel choice!!!
The forged ones are horrible, but the silver standard ones look a bit naff.
Anthracite standard ones are epic. Looks just like all the launch cars (y)
Little update on the car ...
First things first, whilst i love silver hex with alcantara, i dont like it with oyster leather, but we all know i love woodtrim right :censored:;)
Be gone.

Ah, thats better.

Eventually, i would...
Noticed that you put a thread up about the new car on PH ... but not on here lol. I actually really liked them when they first came out. They are soooo council though :ROFLMAO:
From memory, to adjust them - turn fully anti-clockwise, then start clicking clockwise, OEM setup is 22 clicks. Less clicks softer, more clicks = harder.
Mine were actually still pinned believe it or not. so my use (track), I just set the front camber to -2 and stiffended the rear end with a...
1st game on warzone and i came 2nd :ROFLMAO:
Just found a heli, then spent 20 minutes hiding on top of the tower near the airport. Think i prefer BFV for playing 20 mins and stopping, but warzone could get addictive like PUBG quite easily i feel.
Wood is the gentleman's choice ;)
Alas @Christopher it will be making its way into the e91 soon im afraid ... oyster leather and wood
So the last update on the e90 335i is here.
It was a great car imho, few issues, some my own fault, some the cars, but rather...
Nah.
Partly as im too tight, but also as whilst the old M57/ZF6 combo is pretty bomb proof, the N57, tri-turbo, plus ZF8 do have the occasional major problem.
Also, as a keen DIY'er, i've realised that buying something the Yanks get is a good idea. They've never had the M50d, but love to tinker...
Haha, i've done it a few different ways, jump leads, trickle charger to name but a couple, but as this car is bit "nicer" than the others i thought i better do it properly 🤣
The Americans on e90post are the proper nutters, backing up/modifying the ECU's and modifying the code themselves :oops...
Little update on the blue 335i before it gets collected by its new owner at the weekend ...
Rather annoyingly, just after it was MOT'd it developed a PAS leak. Being that i bought the M135i, this left the 335i unused for quite a while, until January when i did some investigation. It basically...
Its probably the best couple hundred quid you can spend on an e9* auto i reckon; that, plus the paddle rewire modernises the car instantly (y)
Do it Mark.
The MHD system is very very good imho. Now they do a wireless doggle its far better for datalogging as well, no flipping wires dangling...
Well. Any ideas of warranty went out the door over the weekend 🤣
After the ZF8 in the M135i, i just couldnt cope with the sh1tty gearbox anymore. Standard 335i still has 300bhp, so shouldnt feel like a milk float at low speed.
So i bought a new toy, specifically a Watson Power Max 45NF power...
