Go to a better garage ffs. Plugging it in and giving you “cylinder 2 misfire” is about as vague as it gets. As Martin says, get it diagnosed properly by somebody that actually knows what they’re doing before you waste anymore time or money.

I’d have had that back to you within 24h. But I understand why you wouldn’t want to pay for it when your RAC cover is supposed to do it.

The rear two had 2 days left in them. 2 x front ones were a day old and the spare 2 were only 2 days old. Then I locked up heavily in the afternoon and flat spotted the tyres. Went in, changed tyres, back out and did exactly the same on the same corner on the new tyres. 🤦‍♂️😂
