270 will be a bit optimistic. Most make 250-260 on good rollers with oem exhaust. You need downpipes and sport cats to get past 265bhp.

25mpg sounds like its broken, I used to kill minie everywhere and it got 27mpg and that was with it stuck on its cold map. Once i replaced the temp sensor it'd get 29mpg.
