i see the shift light regularly in my vee, and did in my old vee, and 172 cup too! once its fully warmed (say around 15 miles + ) then its doing no harm! drive them like they are made for IMHO who cares if peak power has tailed off..changing early always feels wrong when your in the mood...lol

Daz..yes i see your registered on the vee forum now! good luck in selling ur 182..they are fantastic cars though, my mum has one and I used to have a 172 cup..much more chuckable than the vee...and for a quick short journey..much easier to just jump in and go! :)

i have applied some megs #83 by hand using sonus pads and microfibre cloths to remove...results were awesome, just needs a PC to make it 100% perfect.. anyways...what wax/sealant to go for now? bearing in mind this will be applied by hand too!...what is this P21s everyone raves about...

have ordered some megs 83 from cleanyourcar.co.uk and getting a PC asap for it....black gold is a fooking amazing colour!! :):) Only had it 5 days and washed it 4 times, polished it 5 times already lol and waxed it twice!

certainly have mate..... you can see it in the lakes meet pics..though it was dirty then.. i gave it a quick polish and took this pic... cant wait to get C1 CDG on it, may as well do it when it needs taxed though :)

FPMSL!!! so very true... i think the fact that the 255 is currently appreciating in price whilst the meggy, 182, 197 drop like stones says it all really :)
