17" too small?!?! :S Are you mad? Biggest I'd ever go lol. But Middo, surely you can't lower it 80mm on 17s? I'm considering 16s or 17s on my new Mk2 Phase1, but don't know how much I could lower it without too many problems, so this could be a handy topic :)

It's a manual. I'm not 100% sure what it means. It's got air con, abs, alarm, central locking, electric sunroof, electric mirrors and so on. So it's got all the mod con's.

Wheels are going to be changed. Don't know what for yet, but I'm thinking 15s or 16s, lowered 40mm with some sort of exhaust system and phase 2 rear lights. It's quite an unusual colour too I thought, but I'm sure I can make it work. :D

Well I was going to get some different wheels for mine and put some buckets in etc. But being as my mum & dad won't let me use the money they just gave me on that, I think I'm going to be getting a Mk2 (not sure which Phase) and modifying that a little.

Can anyone do what I want?

That's it as it is now. But I've been thinking and almost decided, stuff getting a new car, change some stuff to my Clio. So we may be seeing some changes within the next few months. :approve:

Lol! The second one posted with the VTR? arches isn't too bad. But if you ask me if your having a body kitted Clio it's got to be a Dimma. Either that or leave bodykit's alone, lower it, 15/16"s and bit of an exhaust and your fine :D

Seen that too. I quite like the arches on it. Front bumper I'm not too sure about though. And I'm not a lexus light fan. Quite nice though otherwise.

Haha. Good old Barry Boy's again. They like to slate alot of car's from my area alot. Basically all they do is find picture's of modified car's (or virtually standard in this case lol) and just slate them for whatever they can. Here in Mansfield we have a very large modified car scene and a club...

I would have thought it'd be pretty much neck & neck? In a straight line... if your talking with corner's it also depends on driver skill, not saying your a bad driver. And handling of the car?

I've always wanted to put a 5 Turbo in my Clio. Would be sooooooooooooo much fun. Probably never get insured with it though. And I always wanted a black Mk1 too lol. Could have sprayed mine black, but decided it was too much effort and easier to have it silver again.
