Car speakers - Completely out of the game

I fitted some Focal speakers to a Ford yesterday. Straight forward plug and play and the fit and finish was superb. Sound awesome too. I’d imagine there are plenty of kits for the Mk4 Golf, the most modified car in the world surely?? 😂 the little boxes are crossovers, so split the signal from...

I’ve stopped using it on my own cars. It dulls the plastics really bad. but for work cars, I always use Autoglym. Seems to be the best combo of effective cleaning but won’t stain if you leave it on too long.

    Z4M roadster for 10k

That’s a silly amount of car for the money. But like Ad says, I just couldn’t enjoy it fully, always wishing I’d got a coupe.

The passenger door was questionable, so I re-did that, but on the whole I was really pleased with it. I’ve washed it now with some really hot water and fairy liquid to strip all the fillers and polish off it to hopefully see the ‘true’ condition of the paint. I’ll see what greets me when I get...

    Bluefin/Suoerchips anyone used this combo?

We had a Focus RS in work with one on back in about 2019. I’ve never driven a standard Focus RS so I’ve nothing to compare it to. But it went well, passed emissions on the MOT ok and the guy that bought the car still has it today.

So… I haven’t picked up a machine polisher properly for about 5 years. We had a 2018 Ford Fiesta come in part exchange at work and the chap had it ‘cleaned’ every week at the local hand car wash… needless to say, I had my work cut out. I bought a DA polisher from @imprezaworks but as it...

    BMW engined Capri.

This guy is (very loosely) a mate of a mate. Been to a few track days with him and can confirm he’s a lunatic that builds mental cars AND he can race AND he can drift. This is his latest creation. (he’s on Facebook - Bishops bespoke builds if you want to see what he does)

    Check Anti-Pollution system.

Obviously, it may not cure it - it could be a break in the loom for example - But replacing the sensor is the cheapest and easiest place to start.

To be fair I’ve sold a few through CS this year. Off the top of my head; Merc E320, X5, E500, Golf GT, aygo. I’m sure there’s a couple more too.

My first Mercedes is an estate with 300bhp

I think - genuinely - it’s the only set of wheels I’ve ever fitted to a car and I stood back and thought “f**k me dan, those are the ones!” I’m not normally a fan of changing wheels but they suit it so well.

Spent today making my valet bay out of scraps of wood and pallets. Ramp, air line, all products in their place (sort of, still a work in progress as I’ve got bottle hangers on order) can’t wait to start using it!

I absolutely love these things and when I saw it on eBay this morning I was really tempted to buy it…🤦‍♂️😂 Strip the underneath, properly rust proof it, 1.7 conversion and that’s all the daily driver a man needs surely?? anyone who doesn’t like them hasn’t driven one. And certainly hasn’t...

Show us a picture of your nuts. (!) I’ve got standard 172/182 wheel bolts on mine and I’ve had turinis, 182 wheels, steel wheels, williams wheels, TD 1.2’s on my car and only ever used the standard bolts. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I don’t know if any of you have a steam cleaner, but this is the best £70 I’ve ever spent on a cleaning product. I’m cleaning bits of cars I’ve never been able to! It’s amazing.
