That was an awesome weekend, was there Thurs-Sun, all dressed up in orange :) Driver of the TVR that crashed seconds into the race has a broken neck and is in a coma at the moment, so thoughts go out to him and his family.
RB 182 - with stripes, grey alloys, foglights too? . can't see numberplate, but looks like an '04 plate, in carpark outside a big glass building (offices?) looks nice from up here, stands out from all the other cars in the carpark!
I've just bought the Advent, really impressed so far. Keyboard is fine, no typing problems, can touch-type no effort. Battery life isn't great at about 2hrs with wifi on, but there's a new battery coming out soon that is supposed to extend the life a lot.
Bit of decent weather so gave the little 1.2 her first clean for a few months :S. Took ages to get all the little dried-on flies off from the front bumper, a few tar marks to get rid of and a nice little scratch to t-cut out. Piccys from camera phone so excuse lack of sharpness. Also need...

I've done the database connect thing which I lifted from a book, it's the rest of it I can't do as I've never learnt or been taught it. I thought a crate of beer would have tempted someone, might have to make it two...;)
It wouldn't be if I had any idea how to do it - if anyone wants to have a stab at it, would be very much appreciated and crate of beer would make its way to you (or maybe the pennies then you can pick your own). I have a txt file with the instructions in.
Basically have to do three things: manipulate some data in a db, dynamically create an xml document and xsl stylesheet and finally create a piechart that uses the data from db.
Apparently pretty easy stuff, load of gobbledegook to me tho :(
I have some PHP stuff to do for a uni project. Unfortunately i'm crap at it, but then again not likely to use it beyond this re-sit project. If anyone wants to give me a hand with it, can't see it taking too long, I will buy you a crate of beer of your choice.
PM away!
