Good work sir! It hadn't even occurred to me that would happen. Do you know if there's much difference between the Vibratech mounts and the yellow powerflex mounts?

So I've been looking at this again today, and can't work out how the vibractec mount is upside down. It looks exactly the same as the pictures from their website. Can anyone elaborate?

Thanks Steve, Yes, the mount was installed as shown in the picture (not by myself I hasten to add, must have been the former owner or who rebuilt the engine). Hopefully it hasn't done stress damage to any of the other mounts etc. I'll get the other plate installed as well, that should reduce...

I don't think it was installed upside down, as the nut was threaded onto the vertical bolt shown in the picture. This is how the mount is sitting at the moment - am I missing something? I cant see any way of getting it lower.

Seem to be going around in circles trying to answer this one. I have a 172 cup and would like to replace the gearbox. It’s a track car, but road legal so I’d like to keep the speedo working. Is the only option another cup gearbox? Thanks

Thanks guys, already plugged into an OBD no faults showing. I'm assuming I need CLIP or RS tuner to interrogate the airbag ECU.

Bought the car from a non renault dealer. But originally car was sold from a renault franchise called baldocks of bracknell. Did strike me as very strange that they decide to import instead of buy through renault u.k. Think that somthing V. dodgy is going on.

Dont think i drive on the clutch any more than a normal. Renault want £850!!! And i only bought the car in july. Have only put 3k on it myself, realy hoping its a fault!

Any one had a clutch go after 13500 miles? is an 02 plate, will warrenty cover it?? HELP PLS!
