That's all parts and labour, from a company called CT cars who I bought the car from, the specialise in Audi and vw, hmmm! Is that a too good a price? He's done them before on 172's

That's the only thing I don't know tbh, have tried to find out but no luck! What's the average quote to get that done? Have been quoted £590 so far

Monaco is the future ;-) thanks for the comment, only had it two months and got it for a grand and a years mot:-) not going to go mad with plans but just smarten it up, esp under the bonnet;-)

Have been using harsh t-cut on my 172 and a lot of elbow grease and made a huge difference :-)

That what I was thinking when I was looking at it earlier, gave my headlights another t-cut and really looking good now, should see some nice subtle changes come payday:-)

Are side exit exhausts worth converting on these does anyone know?

Thanks chi, rear bumper needs some tlc, previous owner has proper messed it up with something!! Had an old metro turbo that was slightly lighter blue but do like this colour if I'm honest:-)

Really not too sure, got a k and n panel filter on its way and would like to chrome most parts in engine bay, sort new brakes and poss coilovers, clear indicators and if you guys have any good ideas that would be great:-)

Had a go at my headlights tonight and found some t-cut on a coarse cloth works pretty well but needs more time spent on them! Look hundred times better than they did but way off looking like new!! Happy with the results though, so far:-)

Are the Monaco blue rare or just preferred colour of make 2? I have one and just interested before I go mad and spray it!!!

Saw a silver 172 early this morning on grange road, female driver, wouldn't mind saying hi to either tbh, both looked good;)

Just ordered a k and n air panel to go in the oe box so far have got new injectors speed sensor the list will only grow!! :-)

What's people's views on what colour and style wheels suit the Monaco blue 172's i want to change but not sure what to!!!!

Does anyone on here know of any history to my new clio 172, or been a previous owner? it's Monaco blue and reg is FD02 ZYG and around surrey in the last couple of years. i have some service history but not as much as I would like to have, so if anyone could help id be very grateful.
