not much of an update. got a new wheel, still not had time to do anything with it though wish i could just give the car to someone i trust to fix lol and a couple of randoms: realistically wanted it to be ready for fcs but it just doesn't look like its going to happen.

been busy with work so not much of an update. put my solid top mounts on, cheers stu ;) also found my sump has been welded :( looks to be fine and not leaking but i may just play it safe and get a new one. and found a spring in the gearbox linkage broken. any advice on that...

linkage underneath seems very slack im sure this is why because of a broken spring. could someone advise me where to get one of these springs. or if someone could take a picture of their linkage that would be great so i can see how it fits in. i grudge taking it to a garage to fit a spring...

you may find the shocks will turn with the bolt and wont loosen, i had to shock mine with a snap on gun and it loosened the nuts.

got my new bumper on and cup spoiler is almost ready to paint. so should have my exhaust in the cutout in the neer future and hopefully will be road worthy. cheers

I've never seen a ph2 for 400 quid so its still the cheapest I have seen ;) Nah its not even that bad will get a pic next time I'm up, the fact its not been repaired and the boot still shuts and the rear bumper still sits in place kinda suggests its not that bad. Cheers

yeah i think it is, not really had a good check yet though got my new engine mount and powerflex bushes yesterday :D so hopefully get them all fitted and skoda splitter on and my wheels painted monday, maybe even treat it to a wee wash :) cheers pics to follow soon

I see a lot of people changing to the ph1 airbox and the v6 airbox aswell. I have a standard ph2 one, so what's the big deal about changing it? Less restrictive? Give me half a bhp? More noise? Would I be better to just get a panel filter for my ph2 box? So question is what's the...
