The original term 'blueprinted' refers to the assembly of an engine to the original blueprint specifications of the initial design. When an engine is mass produced they have tolerances with acceptable limits.

i was going to suggest ECU issue as its doing it whilst cutting out and moving, thus the anti-stall algorhitym might not be working due to some qwerk.
Or possibly the TPS, TB, MAP (high manifold vacuum when coasting or slowing).
Its too hard a problem to diagnose via the internet, almost...
