BTB are very very good at their job, they arent any old exhaust manufacturer.
Their custom systems cost alot for a reason, so the off the shelf example is extreemly competitively priced.
GAZ are harsh and damping control is poor, so thats more likely your problem than anything else, unless they have substantially upped their game since i last saw a shock on a shock dyno.
We do lightened flywheels on the CNC machine, but TBH its pretty pointless and a whole load of money to fit it JUST for a flywheel. I'd only advise it if your having the clutch changed already.
It'll make the engine spin up and down slightly faster so if you dont heel and toe then downshifts...
cor your something else at the moment lol.
I'm no setup guru, no do i calibrate a tv everytime i watch it, but superwhite is on and RGB is on full.....not that i know wtf they do but i like to turn everything cool sounding on.
why do you tell me what i'm doing wrong then i'll give it a...
adding a return spring on the pedal will cure it, the TB return spring seems to loose its tension for the last fraction with age, so we just add another light spring to the pedal as that seems to cure it more than anything else.
To check, just get the car into its high idle situation then...
So earlier on your saying that there have been no reasons for it being better, then now you say it doesnt matter you just want someone to say "this works, that doesn't"?
Come on now jon, your a nice guy deep down and nothing like you are on the net, so lets talk sensibly before it does get...
Right, whilst you lot go off on one i'll clear some stuff up.
1) Why are they better?.........Design wise, they offer a more efficient path for air to flow through simply, with less tubulance, energy loss etc which allows us to run a smaller dia runner, bumping up velocity and increasing...
I'm trying to accomodate for the market, i dont think people would pay for an airconditioned car then simply just junk it, if the option is there then its just another available choice for people. Keeping aircon will be significantly more expensive though as its no small task.
Redesigning...
I know jon, but with all developments its exciting to go through the process and test results.
And because most of the people with clios have aircon, and i for one would want to keep it, we are trying to accomodate for that function.......but there are more problems that you could imagine...
The exciting parts is the increase in efficiency that allows us to run a much smaller throttle area for any given BHP potential, in english that means higher velocity and more torque earlier on. Were at the point with the IC engine that people spend lots of time and money to gain percentage...
lol, copy....ok
Who do you think invested DTH, QED?.....made for them by jenvey.......
DTH is a solution used to optimise a setup and has been used since the mid 60's.
They are not adjustable in situ, but there are options for length depending on whether you want to modify the slam panel or not, if you want to keep aircon (a hard task due to space mostly for the air filter), or if you just want to purely tune for peak performance.
It will be sold as a...
It sits between the main side gears on an open diff, coupled around the pinion gear shaft, as the speeds between side gears change, the pinion twists the phantom grip so it exerts pressure on the side gears effectively locking or limiting 'slip'.
They dont fit in all box's, they relay on...
