3M will be enough to do both the positive feed, and an earth lead (if you're going behind the passenger seat - I got 5M to relocate mine to the boot). Just depends on how you want to route it.
I used a longacre thru adapter for the bulkhead...
No idea I'm afraid. I got that particular vent though, and it slides into the pipe fine. I put a cable tie round it just to keep it secure.
Also, I have since been advised to change the resistor, for a heatsink type. Picked mine up from RS components.

No dude! We've had it running, and I'm just waiting on when Alex is free to finish the last bits on the loom, get it painted, and finish the last few bits.
Got a few more jobs done this afternoon.
Refitted the spoiler and boot latch, and made a start on grinding off the unwanted brackets before the grinder packed up. Not bad for 10 years I suppose.
Will grab another one this week and crack on grinding them down now they've been cut off...
Waiting on some bits to turn up. Bolts, etc.
Got some caps to blank off 2 of the heater ports.

Also trimmed up the fog light surrounds to fit the brake ducts. Secured with the good old cable ties.
