I'll definitely be waiting for reviews and feedback before I buy this. GoW 1 and 2 had immense single player, but the multiplayer was the worst I've ever played. When you eventually found a game to join, it was always laggy and buggy. Utter shite.
Love it! I had a Scott Ransom before, it was a bit too heavy and hardcore for my needs. The stereo is just right, rugged as hell but better on longer distances.
Thanks.
I wasn't actually on the bike. I just had my hands on the bars and pushed it very slowly. A VERY slow walking pace, if you go too fast the camera shakes too much.
Thanks :)
lol....with a bloody strong clamp/suction mount!
I love my D3, I've had no regrets spending so much on it......but it is a tad heavy. I'd love a D7000, but I can't justify the money for a secondary camera :(
Last day off before work, mostly spent behind the camera. (the rest of the day I will be too)

Then some 'normal' photography ;)
...and then a play whilst...
Yep. NDx8 filter, and 1 second shutter speed.
Couldn't have been an easier shot to do. It would look 100x better if the bike was on a proper trail though. I rode an awesome one today, might go back tomorrow.
Messing about in the garden before I go for a ride:
EVERY photography needs a Manfrotto 035 clamp and tripod head combo. They rock! You can attach it to anything (within reason!)
I hope to get on a proper trail and do it again, but don't want to take my camera on a ride :(
That was 93 photos (30s each) over a 45 min period.
Just this second I've figured out how to get it to do what I originally wanted it do to lol! I might try again tonight, not sure yet.
Liking the waterscapes on this page :)
First attempt at star trails! It didn't go so well, mostly because I'm still trying to get my head around Nikon's interval timing function!!
Yep, shooting in aperture priority would be best for most of it. Set it to whatever aperture you want, then if the shutter speed is too low (because of the low light), increase the ISO.
Regarding the white balance, you could quickly play about with the settings on the camera to get the best...
What about this one?
I tried to fix the distortion. This photo has taken be the best part of an hour! You learn from your mistakes though ;)
EDIT: I'm in the process of removing that sign, it's proving to be a pain in the ass though!
No worries mate. Was good to meet a new face.
Those locations we mentioned would be ace, let me know if anything comes from it.
Say thanks for your g/f too for helping!! :)
If you need any help, give me a shout :)
I honestly can't really remember, I made it in 2009 ish. The aluminium was about £160 iirc, luckily a friend of my Dad did the welding free. The clamps themselves came from a guy selling them in America. If you go to automotiverigs.com, you'll see...
