Are the exhaust mounts knackered? That might be why.
You can adjust them, just takes a lot of fiddling about with the mounts. Best to have the car on a ramp.
One from walking the dog this evening:
Stumbled upon a possibly neat place to use my big stopper filter effectively. Will head back out tomorrow evening :)
As the Autoglass man is here to replace my windscreen, I took a quick photo of the washer bottle area, and relevant hoses.
Which hoses are for the headlight washers? Can I just cut them and bung them with a screw or something similar?
I'm fed up with them leaking so any help would be...
Although my ar is stripped, I haven't played about with the wiring loom much (like cutting bits off!)
Recently, it's been re-locking the car even if a door is open.
So normally, if you unlock the car and DON'T open a door, it re-locks itself after 20 seconds or so. Why would it re-lock...
Not too sure about the colour temperature.
Yes, shot without a flash meter. I really should start learning how to use one lol! We even had one in that studio!
I kept the lights pretty much the same for all the shots, I moved them a touch for some though.
It's a date!
I think you're spot on with using the combo lights. The main reason I don't like that photo is because it looks like the car is floating, and just dropped in using photoshop. If I fired the main flashes at it, and then painted it after, then combined that in PS - it would look...
Only just seen this thread, so this is where ASTs negative opinion comes from.
I went with ASTs, partly because they are just down the road to me. I had them custom set-up to the same (old) spec as Jay and Tonys race car, so a stiffer front end I think.....450 comes to mind.

Neither do I much.
But that's not just brake dust, it's disc metal too. I'm pretty sure I did all that in one night. I fitted brand new HC discs, and the PF97s, then went out to bed them in.....and test them out ;)
After they bedded in, when I braked hard (and I mean hard), they sparked like...
Since fitting the PF97 pads, my front alloys have seen better days!
These were some AFTER a clean with Bilberry from a while ago:
And one just before I used Wonder Wheels:
Then......after about 2 hours of elbow grease, yes 2 HOURS!.....I was left with this:
Much...
Cheers guys. Front badge will be staying, doubt I'll do the rears but we'll see.
I managed to buy a full set of badges off ebay dirt cheap, and as I've got some paint left I'll spray them up and see what they look like.
lol!
Here's some 'better' pics. Just from a quick 10 minute mess about outside. I've got an ok ish location lined up for tomorrow evening, so should have some better ones I hope :)
Mig I believe.
Thanks Chris. Hope to finish all the tidying up today. I've masked off bits like I said, I know it wont be perfect, but for the interior I'm not too fussed. Anything is better than an bare weld.
