    If you've got knocking, it's unlikely to be this one. WHen do you get the knocking? High up in the revs in first and second is tell tale engine mounts..

    There's another mount, called the lower gearbox mount. It bolts to the subframe and the front of the gearbox.

    Wrong. The dogbone connects the gearbox to the car.

    It can't be lowered on standard springs. If you're on a budget, get a second hand set of Eibach Sportlines. Perfect mix of better handling and slight lowering (25-30mm).
