I've heard the Wheel Specialist are good but expensive. Get what you pay for though I guess.

I doubt you'll get spacers as small as 5mm in hubcentric, should be able to get some hubcentric 10mm though, so if you decide to go with 10mm I'd definitely recommend looking for some hubcentric ones, it just reduces the risk of wheel wobble etc.
4x100 will be what you need.
The Envy brushes always seemed to be highly regarded and I've had mine for years and they're still soldiering on. Not sure if there's any better ones about now for similar price.
Funny you should mention ITB's. There's a blue VTS, that I saw going past me for the first time last week, near where I work that must be running ITB's as it sounded crazy.
I'm sure we've had this convo in another thread not long back. I need to get my cat sleeved properly as it's drooping badly and causing it to blow. Decat was £25 so thought I'd hear how it sounded for that price and at least I can drive it whilst the cat is getting done.
Was going to say you should be able to see the gasket between the cat and manifold.
I recently replaced mine with the genuine renault kit, not a difficult job just a bit fiddley. Get some glasses of goggles or something though if you do it on your drive, I got much rust in my eyes when I did...

I got some from ECP and they were well too short. If you can, I'd get one of the tie rods off and go down to ECP if you can so you make sure you get the right ones.
