Yesterday evening, Steve and I finally managed to get together! Unfortunately we couldn't get a different car to shoot, so we settled with Steve's trophy.
The location was really good, a lot of potential, we were only there for an evening, so only so much we could do in that time.

^ Thats the only negative thing I can say about the Desire. Charging a phone every night is new to me, and a bit annoying, but the iphone aint that much better.
Thats a matter of opinion.
I've just got a Desire, it's amazing. Seriously impressed with it.
Reading a lot of the reviews, most put the desire above the iphone anyway.
I still reckon you should have had Ian's clio in the first corner! ;)
Joking aside....I dont think I could do that. Trackdays yes, but actual racing......not for me (at the moment)
Ah ok, so you're not a million miles away.
We'll hopefully be doing shoot fairly regularly, so this isn't a one off. The biggest challenge is myself and Steve being in the country for a long enough time lol!!
Photos are done chaps :)

A few from the day:
The first corner of the race, they started 5th. After this corner they were third!
A cracking day as usual gents. Tony - I can understand...
Just driving back now. A sodding dodgy alternater cost them 2nd place. It gave up about 3 laps from the end, so Tony had to limp it across the line, finishing 6th. Not bad considering....but 2nd place would have been epic!
How much did your ITBs cost in the end?
For me, the standard kits are a waste of money for the power increase. There's much better ways of spending £2k+ if you have to.
Myself and Steve Wood (Planetx) are hoping to get together a lot soon to do some automotive work.
We've secured some pretty promising locations, and all we need is some nice motors to shoot.
We would be looking for people in the Wiltshire/Hampshire area, or indeed anyone willing to travel...
