I would offer this advice. Think it over VERY carefully.
I was in this same dilema, and in the end I decide against both. (see Whiteley I can be sensible ;))
Im doing the suspension properly, and getting some more free power out of the car (weight ;))
The rest goes on trackdays and learning...
lol Whiteley, I dont mind you making comments, as long as they are constructive ;)
You have a fair point. I say it was 'awesome' just from what Andy was telling me it could do. To me ECUs are pretty new, so I was impressed, easily done :)
Cool thanks Rich. Sounds like it should be straight forward apart from the wing mirror controls :(
There was a photo on a thread the other day which showed the controls down by the handbrake, anyone remember what thread that was in?
Yeh it was your thread that motivated me to do something with mine, but I thought I'd seek advice first :)
Those CF cards do look mighty tempting too ;)
Nice write-up. I had a quick play in a 200 at a RS Bedford last year, two things that impressed me were the brakes, and the low down power as you mentioned.
Didn't feel that electric on the straights though ;)
I think I want to take my stripping to the next level, and I want to get as much out from the interior as possible, but I'm leaving the dash alone for the minute, unless anyone can offer easy and practical advice for tackling that!
Can anyone offer advice for stripping the doors? I know they...
