I genuinely have a lump in my throat.
My first holiday with my now wife was in that car, back in about 2005!
It had 26,000 miles on it iirc.
I paid £5,500 for it from the Renault dealer where I worked. It was on the forecourt for £6999.
1. No. it's a private sale from a private individual.
2. You can but their contract was with the person that paid them the money so they're perfectly entitled to not help you.
3. Yes unfortunately.
Look up 'Arkonik'
I recently got offered a job there but had to turn it down as it's just a bit too far away. (An hour each way assuming there's no traffic, realistically 90 minutes each way)
They build some of the best trucks I've ever seen. Their attention to detail (and their workshops!)...
They're nothing like they used to be. The era of solidly built E46's and E39's are a distant memory to them now.

Suncream goes through the lacquer, you will never remove it completely. I know this, I have two massive ones on the back wing of my wife's car! Lol
A good machine polish followed with a good wax will hide it for 6 months though.
Nobody will say "I told you so"
If they do I'll ban them for 1 week.
That's a shitter mate. But (and I appreciate how experienced these people are) the people telling you Renault paint is hard are wrong. The black on Renaultsport cars is soft as s**t, the slightest hint of dust and a cloth...
f**k me sideways, that's horrific.
f**k the car, the thing that scares me the most is your child.
Me and my wife always put the kids in the car first, keep them out of the way whilst we're doing the packing the car thing.
That could have ended much differently!
I just mentioned it in the...
