Standard Renault with these pads are fine.
I'd go as far as saying good enough for road use. Even with some abuse.
A few I know run this set-up on track and have no issues.

Be very, VERY careful who you give it to.
Anyone who's not got the correct cam locking tools and the utmost know-how to do the job will almost certainly c**k it up. Then, you're at best looking at a car down on power, at worst, you're looking at a costly bill to rebuild/replace.

Check all the mounts are tight and not visibly shot.
If not, undo mounts, pull engine forward and tighten mounts whilst it's still forward. THe noise you can probably hear is the manifold knocking on the subframe.
