Cheers everyone for attending. It was a good laugh overall. Shame about the issue, but we said we'd cover you for the way home. As per Dan, least its not flesh and bone, so while it isn't free to 'fix' on the NHS its not as bad as it could have been.
Was a good day out, a good laugh, good...
No worries guys...will be looking to leave at 9 prompt...so get there just before...worst case scenario, if we have all left Telford Services...just follow the m54/A5 down towards the 2nd meeting point.
Yep. I am starting from Telford Services M54 j4 leaving there at 9:00 prompt. Stopping on A458 at the diner for around 9:20 to leave there at 9:30 prompt.
Who's coming (so we have an idea of numbers...)
Thanks MartinR it is appreciated. We need to get the monthly meet rearranged to the last Sunday of the month or something. We did that and it started very well...but like with a lot of things, it did take a knock.
The one person who really did go out of his way to go to meets was stokiefker...
The connects2 with the iPod interface allows you to control the iPod from the audio controls and play first 6 playlists rather than turning the headunit into an amplifier
It looks similar, but its difficult to measure dimensions on a picture. I think worst case scenario, if the blue plug is not the correct size to fit in the CD autochanger surely there will be a new cable to replace that one rather than paying out for a full new Connects2 unit.
Spoken like a man of experience. Pmsl
If it has a different steering wheel on, it could be the steering angle sensor (I think its called), but if you're getting professionals to look at it, hopefully its something trivial and won't cost too much.
As per title really. What is the smallest steering wheel (around 350mm) which can still have an airbag?
Ideally something which will fit onto the RS 182's steering rack without much of an issue if at all possible...

Welcome to CS. We have meets in and around the West Mids if you fancy it. Go to the Local Meets section and have a look. Next main one is Cliosport Saturday next weekend. Should be a good laugh and convoy down. Come and meet people and have a giggle.
My 182 has had to have seven shades of s**t knocked out of it. On idle before run, big fat fail. MOT tester takes her for a blat and she comes back and passes.
Date: Saturday 23 August 2014 (23/08/14)
Venue: Billing Aquadrome, Northampton, NN3 9DA
Time to be confirmed..but was going to suggest Corley Southbound Services.
Who's coming?
1. Don

Not me mate. I know how much of a pain it is to keep on top of things and everyone happy. You did a good job, especially when taking a face full of soot filming Dan's car on the rollers. :)
