Bosch electronics? Its siemens ecu, sagem coils, pico injectors etc.........i cant remember who exactly makes the air and coolant temp sensors and the MAP sensor. But we certainly dont run 'bosch' electronics......and we do have knock adaption.

The clio doesnt have a MAF sensor, its speed density based using a MAP.

clio does have a knock sensor, its that sodding great big thing right above your oil filter.

took the inlet off and looked at the exhaust valves? It doesnt take a lot to bend a valve, they can be bent by a couple thou and you wouldnt notice it by eye, but they wont seal. Get a leakdown test done and it will reveal all.

why dont you get your machinist to just make a batch in an hour?

i personally wouldnt use a rotrex with the space issues we have in clios.

a mini with zero floorpan and a spacefram setup is a tad diff to a clio which is larger, made of heavier components, has more components, more loom, stiffer front end (more metal).........then you cut out the one light part (the floorpan) and replace it with 50m of steel tube, an engine, diff...

13bhp was on a non cut up plenum, direct swap, no tuning.

practically pointless. Bike engines are gutless in cars...you'll have non stop transmission issues.......diffs cost about £1500.........engine installation is a PITA.......... If you dont spent alot on super or turbocharging the bike engine......you will go slow.

Yup. They are most certainly not great.........i call them toilets because their port bowl mimic toilet bowls. Your lucky that i have my new cnc valve seat machine which sort that issue out in a few minutes. Combine that with portwork and your set, you could see just how much diff it...

start in time trail mode then like i did, you start on a the fly so you dont have to do a whole lap to warm up and then have dead tyres already.
