There is one screw and several clips holding the inside panel onto the boot. Remove these, clean/wd40 the clip and see if it works after this.

If he is selling on here...then yes, but selling on Ebay is a different game entirely. Its like loan companies and cash converters, they rely on people's circumstances and make money off it...that's what he is doing, and while its not ethical, its still legal.

They were £11 at Willy A Lewis's in Telford when I got one a while ago. Yet to ask Ad what price he charges...;)

a catalytic converter will sap a little bit of power as its an obstruction (so to speak) a decat is a pipe with no obstruction...so would be louder and maybe 1 or 2 hp better off. On a 1.2 though it isn't worth the bother (could say the same about the 172/182 also)

I didnt know you'd be available mate. Was doing it on my own...then got another pair of hands and done it in 10 mins... Brute force, ignorance and a bit of luck and its all sorted...pmsl :)

It was up on one side...I've put it up on both sides, but still can't get it aligned properly...so waiting for pair of hands later on to give me a help...that and brute force!

John...you've not seen the size of me! I'm more likely to break it if I put full force behind it...;)

Cheers guys...will need 2nd pair of hands I think to cover it...as can't pull hub down AND manipulate the holes for the bolts to go in...
