Had a go last night and managed a 1:09.
Edit, just checked the online leaderboards (PC) and I already have the lap record after only 10 laps, hahaha....
Indeed, only 1.51 miles and 8 corners but it's so technical, the bends are tighter than a nuns chuff and go on forever, patience is key here in the E30.
I'm just justifying me buying the standard game for 24.99 TBH, but I was drunk at the time of download and wanted it now, not tomorrow now!
Rules of this thread/challenge should stipulate no DLC cars as I and others with the STD game wouldn't be able to compete :kissingsmiling:
Saying that...
The standard game is only £24.99 on the playstore so use your voucher and download the game for £4.99, saves on fuel, time driving, time queuing, interacting with people etc...
That was my original plan but with the tread wear difference the rears would surly give way before the fronts if using the wider 50 tread wear Kumhos on the front?
I'll have a play about with them switching front to rear, the Kumho's have a tread wear of 50 compared to 100 on the r888s so it might be best sticking them on the rear first.
Well I've just bought a pair of Kumho Ecsta V700 V70A 205/50/15 to couple with my 195/50/15 R888's, no idea what the Kumho's are like on a 1*2 but at the price I paid would easily get my money back if not very good. Just need some tyre softener now to bring them back to life for next year...
Looking at 205/50/15 front and 195/50/15 rear fitted to OZ F1's 7J. Only cause I already have 2 x 195s and can get hold of 2 x 205s cheap, any issues with this set-up?
Yeah I'm with you on that, the PZ isn't that quick around the track. I had one off in my old marshmallow 6MPS around 3S which is very tight. The S2K is definitely the quicker car in all scenarios IMO.
OP my electric roller boot would have all 3 of your cars from a 30 roll :tongueout:
10 x 50s laps at 3 sisters isn't staying out to long, they are far to soft for a track tyre in my experience. There was another guy there in a 3 MPS on the exact same tyre who ruined his as well, in contrast my mate in his 6MPS who was in the same session on budgets and his tyres where fine, see...
I delaminated a pair on the front of my 6MPS in 10 laps at three sisters. They have sidewalls of jelly and fold over on themselves when really pushed, they'd fair better on a light Clio but wouldn't last long on a dry track in my experience.
Just get a cheap set of 15s with track tyres.
