None right now will try to get some up later. The best way i can describe it is like a black plastic casing cant see plugs or leads or airbox just a pipe coming from right side of engine.
Hi all just wondering i got an 04 plate 1.2 16v which has like a cover all around the engine meaning that i cant get at plugs, airbox etc. was wondering if there is any way to remove this and what it would affect if i did?
So maybe 50 or 60 mm will give it the height im looking for. concerned about the arches tho used to have an escort lowered 65mm only on 15s tho and wheels were pretty much touching the arches.
Hi all got a 1.2 16v dynamique with 17" pro race 1.2s looking into lowering the car now possibly on sportlines -40mm but there isnt a lot of room under the rear arches im thinking major scrubbing would take place lol
Is there anything that can be done to prevent this? Cheers guys
Thanks for all the replys guys but ive plumped for an extractor pump as previously stated you pay for the convenience doesnt add up spending hours under the car trying to get the darn thing out.
lol I'll bear that in mind using a universal tool from Halfrauds seems to be a snug fit in the hole. Even tried using a trolley jack to press the tool firmly in the hole then using pliers to turn it.
Thanks for the replys guys!
Tried mole grips and pliers but that much force is needed the tool is moving inside the hole! Would heating that area be a good idea obviously with oil being on the other side?
Hi all, my first post on the site please go easy on me lol
Got a 2004 1.2 16v need to change the oil but cant seem to get the drain plug out. Bought the corect tool for the job but the damn thing wont move its just rounding off the hole!!
Really starting to lose my patience with this now...
